  • Late Payments: Any payment not received within 10 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.

  • Non-Payment Consequences: If the balance remains unpaid after 30 days, B’s Professional Associates reserves the right to suspend services, initiate automatic collection from the account provided at the time of service, and pursue legal action to recover the amount due.

4. Consent to Electronic Communication and SMS Messaging

By engaging with our services, you consent to receive electronic communications and SMS/text messages related to your account, services, and updates.

a. Initial Consent for SMS Messaging

Upon signing your service agreement, you acknowledge and authorize B’s Professional Associates to send text messages to the phone number provided during registration. These messages may include but are not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Payment and balance notifications

  • Document requests and service updates

b. Double Opt-In Confirmation

Upon signing, you will receive an initial SMS confirmation requesting your consent to receive future text messages. You may confirm consent by replying YES to this message.

c. Opt-Out Option

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation text acknowledging your decision, and no further SMS communication will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and effective service delivery, clients are responsible for:

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances as determined by B’s Professional Associates.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services prior to the transmission or completion of work. Any fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution is not reached, B’s Professional Associates reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances or address any breach of this agreement.
